Wordpress Theme Installation Error. Whay is this happening?

Hi,

I am trying to setup my wordpress site/blog. Upon uploading my theme, I am greeted with the message(s) :

Unpacking the package…

Installing the theme…

Theme installed successfully.

Warning: fopen(/home/offerott/public_html/wp-content/themes/DynamiX/style.css) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/offerott/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 4339

Warning: fread(): supplied argument is not a valid stream resource in /home/offerott/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 4342

Warning: fclose(): supplied argument is not a valid stream resource in /home/offerott/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 4345

Then, after countless tries of installing and deleting, I installed it once more. I clicked on "Activate Theme" despite the warning/error messages I was receiving. The next page gives me the message "The active theme is broken. Reverting to the default theme." Now, after I click activate theme again, it allows me to use the theme despite it being broke. Now when I go to my homepage(http://offerotters.com/), I see the message "Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_REQUIRE in /home/offerott/public_html/wp-content/themes/DynamiX/DynamiX/footer.php on line 1"

(That site may be removed in a few hours as I have cancelled hosting and am awaiting a new hosting account setup. It will only be down temporarily so please, if you see nothing there, I will very shortly have it back up and running for you to see my progress.)

I have no idea what this means or how to fix it. I would sincerely appreciate your help. It is truly an honor to be associating and contacting people as highly skilled as yourselves. If anyone can help me regarding this matter, I would appreciate it more than you know. I can upload the theme .zip if you need. Please help me with this as I will not be able to resolve it on my own. Thank you so much.

What does line 1 of the footer.php say? From the error, it looks as though it's trying to load a file that doesn't exist. Can you take the theme file, and upload it to your site via ftp, instead of trying to load it through Wordpress? Just unzip the file and put the folder into the wp-content/themes/ folder (after deleting the theme that is you added throught Wordpress). See if that helps.

From the above url, it seems you have an extra folder inside your DynamiX theme folder. Cut the inner DynamiX folder and paste (overwrite) one level up and then have another try.

Thank you sincerely to both that answered! abduraooft, you were right my friend. Actually there were 2 extra folders inside my DynamiX theme folder! anyway, I was about to give up. lol Thanks again.
