jQuery to rotate divs and CSS

All,
I have the following code:
http://jsfiddle.net/U25EH/

It is structured how I want it to look from a design perspective but the issue is that when I click on the arrows, it goes moves the div down to display the next one. The only way that I've found to stop that is by changing the position to absolute in the reviews class. When I do that, then it doesn't look how I want it to from a design perspective. Any ideas on how I can keep the reviews centered and aligned vertically in the middle of the container and allow the divs to rotate without going down?

The other scenario where the reviews are positioned with an absolute and the divs change like how I want can be seen here:
http://jsfiddle.net/2cwQp/

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!
