jquery - expand/collapse ie6 and ie8 errors

Hello...I am working on an org chart / contact info page and ie6 and ie8 are causing some issues. The page is working as intended in Firefox and ie7.

The page in question is here:
http://www.ladyluxeinvitations.com/burl/index2.html

In ie6, the top and bottom borders of the innermost expanding list are messing up.

In ie8, the space around the h2 messes up after an item has been opened then closed. For example, if you open "Clerks" in the Corporate Services section, the "Finance" heading bumps up too close to the Clerks list.

I hope that wasn't too confusing!

Unfortunately I need to fix the issue for ie6 as most of our staff are still using that version.

Thanks in advance!

I have fixed one issue...the "bump up" problem in ie8 was fixed adding display: inline-block to my H2.

I still haven't resolved the border issue in ie6. I can do a hack to simply not show the borders in ie6 but I'd rather find a solution that maintains the borders as I find the contact info easier to read with separations.

Any ideas?
