Customized youtube embed!

Hello all!
I've been struggling with embedding customized youtube clips to my website for a while now.
What I'm trying to do is have a little 150x100 px sqaure somewhere on my website and when you click on it, the youtube clip enlarges and plays automatically in the middle of the screen.
An ideal example is the video at http://www.philosophersnotes.com
"Watch Brian's Video"
It would be awesome to have the same embed like this on my site but I havent been successful with it.
