jQuery small problem within my drop down login box script

i have a simple script been wrote using Jquery to place a drop down login box
script work fine with no problem but when i used it to place multi login box within the same page its messed

the problem occurred only when try to add multi login box
ps : i don't know how many login box can be placed within the page sometimes it can be 15 or more because its log in for a lot of other interfaces
