Paid downloads system w/ video preview

1) Project Details: (be as specific as possible):

I own a website that teaches modern yoyo tricks using tutorial videos hosted on YouTube as a service to the growing community of yoyo players worldwide. The site is www.rethinkyoyo.com

Although the site is a service, many users have shown interest in downloading the videos for use on their computers or ipods or whatever rather than having to watch the videos on YouTube or embedded on the Rethinkyoyo website. I would like to offer each video as a paid download using PayPal or something along those lines. The system would be very similar to iTunes.

I envision it would look something like this:


On each downloadable item, there would be
1. A video thumbnail (which, if clicked on, would expand and preview the video.)
2. A title and description. Before the video is clicked on, the description would be only a snipit, but after clicking on the video, the full description would show.
3. A "Download" button, which would ask for your PayPal account information, and, when the transaction is complete, would automatically start your download of the video.

I don't need a cart system because I'm guessing most users will want to download individual videos at a time, so it's not worth the extra trouble.

Also, I'm not sure if this makes any difference, but the code would have to be compatible with Weebly, a site builder. It has no problem with custom HTML elements, so I can't imagine this is an issue, but I'm trying to give all that might be helpful.


2) Payment method/ details (Paypal, check? Timeline?):

I have almost no experience with coding, so I have no idea how difficult a code like this would be to design. I'm just a 17 y/o kid with a website and a very low budget, so this is really just to get some information on (1) the difficulty of this code, (2) an estimate on how much most coders would charge for something like this, and (3) how quickly this could be designed.

I'm not going to take you up on your project, but I think you should reconsider not allowing multiple videos available for download. What if someone wants to download eg. chapters1-6, at a cheaper per-video price rather than downloading each individually?

Also, just a suggestion, but have you considered services such as rapidshare or megadownload?

EDIT: Overall..I don't think this would be difficult to offer really. You could probably do it yourself in a week? I might be completely wrong though

Thanks for the post Permafrst, and thanks for the PM's, people who sent PM's. However, for right now, I'm suspending my request for coders for this project. A few ideas were run by me and one of them seems to be a much more simple and cheap solution, so I'm going to try that. If it doesn't work, I'll probably be back... but in the mean time, don't bother waiting for my replies or whatever.
