Hi, I was wondering what the most important programming languages are, and which one I should learn first. I already know PHP, and some HTML, and barely and CSS, and I'm hoping to make a website soon. I'm not sure what other programming languages I need to learn.
The website I want to make is something like Yahoo. I want it to be for more than one use. For example, it can be a social network, emailing, news etc.
Any suggestions?
Also, are there any programmers out there that are really cheap, because I have a really low budget (I'm 13 years old), and I'm not sure if I can code a whole website by myself.
Well stick with the PHP and learn more about HTML and CSS. You'll eventually want to start playing around with databases and you'll need to learn SQL.
As for programmers since you are 13 you are much better off working with people your own age. Like friends in real life that share your interest in programming. That way you can learn things together and you don't need to spend money. And of course you can also ask questions on forums such as these for issues you can't figure out. Or even to get feedback on your coding style or if the way you are going to write something is the best approach.
Cheap programmers do exist (sadly) but there is a reason they are cheap and a bunch of badly written, barely functional code would be much more a hindrance than help in your situation.
When you are young and playing around with programming it is the experience not necessarily the end product that is important. I was doing programming when I was your age, so I speak from experience.

Ok, thanks! I forgot to mention that I know how to use MySQL and how to use it with PHP. Also, are you sure I shouldn't learn JavaScript, Java, C#, C++ etc.?

Well if your goal is to build web applications, JavaScript will certainly help. The other languages you listed won't help you for web applications really (though you can use C# with ASP.net). Not to say you should try and learn them but they are used mostly for desktop applications.
When learning programming the languages aren't very important. What is important is learning the concepts, the language is just syntax. For example the concepts around functions, arrays and loops are the same regardless of the language.
