banner on website except one page

I want to put a banner on my website. I want to put it in the website template so it displays on all pages EXCEPT one page. How can i do that so it shows in all pages except one that i do not want?

?.... need some more info... what language are you writing in? how exactly are you making this banner "appear" in all the pages?
