Please help on fadin and fadout effect

Hi ,

I want to create a flash that works the same as this http://www.gsocialize.com/

On the home page of this website there is a flash which i want to create the same.

Can someone help show me a tutorial that train the same effect to learn, i have done numerous research in google but not find the answer.

I already know the basics of adobe flash cs3 and use to create fadin and fadout effect, please help me know the one above
