Good conversion tool for blog needed

Hi, I think of moving forward (or backward) to WordPress CMS. Ending up as a professional blogger, I want to mainly create a basic, functional prototype from the mockup on WP theme in Photoshop. In which way should I deliver PSD files? I know conversion is a good few of a whole task, so I am searching for a tool created by smart people for guys useless in PHP/HTML/CSS coding...

You know, it may come across derogatory and harsh but my strong opinion is: If you don’t know something either learn it or leave it – or get a professional to do it (with all its concomitants). The internet is full of crap made by people who have no idea how to design/develop websites and still wanna have one, and who use crappy tools to do the slicing and/or setup.

So, the advice I will give you is: Either learn how to code or if you don’t have the time and patience to learn but still wanna have a website then hire someone who does know their job to do it for you. If you seriously wanna be a professional (blogger) then you should also have a professional website and hire a professional to create a professional website for you. Everything else is amateur.

The best would be to learn CSS/HTML/PHP, even if there no sparkle. If completely useless (myself), I would recommend to find online any Photoshop plugin for PSD conversion with sizeable file support.
