Smile Schools for online Learning in Canada

I am considering to doing some online courses with Thompson Rivers University that is based out of Kamloops, BC. i am located in Ontario
how are the compared to Athabasca university. I have done some courses through Athabasca and was considering changing schools and saw Thompson Rivers university , tuition was lower and courses seem a little better.
I know they are accredited as i can do my exams from my local college etc.

Just like to know from others opinions. If this a good place to learn. And that once i get a certificate, degree or diploma, if employers, companies etc would recognize it?

Your opinions please.

Thanks

Basically I can only do online / distance courses as i work full time. I like to know what are good options to pursue a better computer education?
