CMS PHP MySQL Developer needed

1) Project Details: (be as specific as possible): Need someone who knows MySQL CMS and PHP. Need to modify some code and tags and improve the structure of the website including cleaning up URLs. Need to improve page loading speed of website by 20%. IF you will help with some SEO work (I will tell you what you need to do exactly), then you would get additional compensation.

2) Payment Amount: $50+

3) Payment method/ details (Paypal, check? Timeline?): Any, 1 week

4) Additional Info (about project or potential bidders): Please be experienced. An interview will be required which includes a 1 day practical assignment. Only successful applicants will be selected.

You want people to complete a 1 day practical interview for a $50 job? I don't think you'll be swarmed with applications to be honest.

Also, it sounds like you should be paying closer to $500 for what you need done, depending on the scale of your operation.

Dude,

I am a freelancer myself. Due to less bandwidth of time available with me, I am outsourcing this job. I would have happily done the job of changing URLs for $50. It is not rocket science if you know CMS and PHP. Moreover, its $50+ not $50

I assume you have an idea of how many hours work it will be.

How many hours (nett) would it take you to do it and what is the maximum you are prepared to pay for the whole job?

$50+ means very little to me since it is a small minimum amount and no maximum posted.

Are you prepared to pay a deposit to cover costs in case you do a "runner"?

I am experience PHP developer with experience of CMS Development (joomla, wordpress, magento) plus well seo experience in both on page and off page.
I have worked with UK based clients on hourly rates and i have strong references and portfolio.
