Question Python, random values difficult!

Okay.. im impatient, and nobody replied to my previous thread. but this is an entirely different question.

im making a game.. well, a basic simulation of the game Yahtzee.
and im at a stage were i need a "code" that tells the computer to figure out the players score, using the user input as a guide to which score system (1's 4's fullhouse yahtzee, etc) and whether or not they actually have the requirements. (fullhouse needs 3ofkind and pair.. if the user rolled a 1 2 4 3 2 then they dont meet the requirements for fullhouse, and will be given 0 points.)

i really have no idea how im gonna get this to work..
help? anyone!? :S
