Tag error help please (really urgent!)

My website is skating on thin ice now, so I need help as quickly as possible!
In my host's website builder, there is apparently a requirement that there must be some kind of 'location' tag (or code, I don't know what to calll it exactly. I'm new to HTML and CSS!)
When I upload the zipped design file, it says:

#location_0.location not found in index.html

There's a page on it here but I really don't know where to add the 'location' tag (or whatever) things in the index.html file.
I'd greatly appreciate it if you could add them for me where ever needed.
The design files are available here.
For a good job I might think of provide a week-long banner advertising space in my website correspondences (which are like at least twenty to thirty a day, plus hundreds of daily newsletters!)
But please hurry up!

If I view the source code of your current home (index) page I see an element called: <div class="location" id="location_0">… which is probably what’s meant. I have no idea, however, how you edit your files and if you have control over the code with your website builder? If at all then look in the index file, search for this element (should come right after <div id="content-wrap">) and see if there’s anything messed up.

Yes, I saw that element in my current home page source code too.
Apparently my website builder requires that all external themes I upload have this element so the builder can recognise where exactly it can allow me to build (if you know what I mean.)
Themes I found elsewhere are meant to edit the source code and upload it rather than work on them via a builder and I am supposed to add this tag to make the themes compatible with the builder. But I just don't know how to add it!
