VB.NET Coding Partner needed

Hi,

I'm currently in the process of creating a natural language processing software base artificial intelligence program.

Background
Its been in production since February 2009 and I'm looking for a coding partner. The plan is to seek funding in Summer 2011 and release the first commercial products based on the main "AICore", in Winter 2011.

What do I need?
I need one coding partner, simply because there is a lot of coding to be done (the AI is quite extensive). I've had quite a bit of interest, but due to the complexity of the way the program works, people are struggling to understand the code and because they don't understand it within a few minutes are giving up.

Bear in mind that I am already at 21,000 lines of code, so it will take a while for someone to understand how each and every sub/function works.

What I'm looking for, is someone who is committed, hard-working, persevering and knows VB.NET (ASP.NET a bonus).

Potential partners must beware that the program is difficult. The algorithms are complex and as such anybody wanting to contribute to the code will have to be highly intelligent.

So, what's in it for the partner.
As stated, the plan is to turn this project into a commercial entity by the end of the year. The partner shall own a percentage of the resulting company.
