willing to pay good money for challenging website application program

basically i got a php project that requires me to let user to register at my website, store their registered data in text files and allow the admin to view and edit the data via a web page browser instead of having to open up the text files manually to do so.

Additionally i will also need a search engine to search through and display the information in the text file.
