Student looking for non-paid job

I know (almost) everything about HTML and CSS.
I've know a fair amout of PHP and mySQL.
I'm also learning Javascript and AJAX atm (I was learning C++, but I put that on hold to learn Javascript).

My objective is to learn more about the more advanced PHP and mySQL things and to practice a bit with basic Javascript and AJAX.
Obviously I'm looking for a small project.
I don't have alot of time to spend on the project, since I also need to work and study for school etc, but I think I could commit somewhere around 3 hours a week.

If anyone has a job available that would enable me to enhance my skills, I'd be interested.
Just remember that I'm not looking for advanced javascript projects etc.

When you say 'advanced Javascript projects' what would your limit when you say the word 'advanced'. =D

Another question would be on a scale of 1-10 how talented would you say you are with webhosts, website design and HTML, including forums and possible links to a webclient game?
