Thumbs up Looking for a partner.

Looking for a 3rd and final partner for our business. Our partner needs to know about development and have a well rounded set of skills. from programming to graphics. the benefits is the reap the rewards of the profits from our business which has been projected to earn 25 million within five years and has been offered twice to be bought out by other companies. the websites will not be disclosed until a confidentiality agreement and a partnership agreement has been signed. however this is what we're going to need.

Someone who is capable programming pretty much everything, providing excellent graphics, and who is capable of running multiple servers.

once we talk you'll get a more better perspective of what we need and to see if you're a match for us.

email: jeremiah@itswilson.com

Best Wishes & Luck to you,
Jeremiah Wilson

Interesting... Are the other two partners technically minded, or business/marketing minded? The only reason I ask is I'm curious if your 3rd and final partner is going to be doing all the actual work of building the website, or if it really will be a 3-way partnership.

I'm kind of technically minded. i know a little about development, but i am into the marketing/advertising and the other partner is the cash cow. so yes the 3rd partner will be doing all of the work. which isnt bad if you ever had a dream of starting something with the cash to back you up.

What's the initial incentive for the third partner, money wise? I assume if you have one partner with financial reserves, you'll be offering the programmer something until the potential profits appear?

It wouldnt make any sense to offer a programmer monetary compensation before the company makes money, if he/she is going to be a partner. The programmer would have to wait like the rest of us to get paid. How about the programmer to offer us a bid for being a part of a project like this? we're doing the programmer a favor by bringing him aboard.

However if a programmer would wish to get paid to do some work just one time. i guess that would be better for the company also. But the position was filled very quick despite your questions. and the programmer is being rewarded handsomely.
