Start up, looking for Flash Game Programmer

Hello,

We are a start up company that is in early, early stage of starting. We are looking to break into the flash game industry. I have an artist that is very good in Photoshop. We want to start by putting some basic games up on our website to get the site open, and then start working on more complex games that we will pass on/show to other businesses to try and get contracts to get paid.

Is there any pay/working hours involved?

There is no pay at first, we need to get some games made so I can start showing them to producers that I know. When we sell some games there will be pay.
