I am looking for a highly proficient website coder, or team, to code websites for me. I run a moderately succesful graphic design business. Increasingly clients have been asking for web design work, and although I can produce designs, and can do some of the front end html+css, I do not have the time time to learn more complex back-end systems, and front end additions; such as javascript. I am looking for someone who is interested in a long term partnership, where I design the sites and you code the final site to my specifications.

For each website, I will send a fully layered psd, or ai document, and a design brief. For most websites I should be able to tell you exactly what technology is needed where, and it's simply up to you to code it. However, there will be projects where I will expect you to use your initiave, and suggest the best way to accomplish something.

An excellent knowledge of the following is essential;

cms integration
