iframe in youtube channel? and what is gadgetfw.xml of google gadgets?

Hi experts!
This is my first post here and I am glad entering in such a community.
I would appreciate any kind of help in the following issue.

I have a question that I cannnot answer.
I try to identify the parts of the code and the design in this youtube channel http://www.youtube.com/boschixo.

I have managed to isolate all the graphics (divs, backgrounds e.t.c.) and to create another channel as simiral as possible to the above, regarding the youtube channel blocks.

I have 2 parts of questions.
1. what I do wrong with the blocks and I don't take the exactly the same style as the corporate channel?
and
2. There are 2 more divs above the youtube blocks containing the code

What is that? how was it possible to be inserted inside youtube channel? what is the gadget which inserts iframe inside youtube channel? and how google gadgets can be used in youtube channels? I searched the net and I did not find anything concerning this.

I would appreciate if anyone could give me an answer.
