Lightbulb Partnership in web designing

Hi all, I'm in the scene for people that are either looking for work, have the strict intention of learning more about web development or as the Title says,
a Partnership in web designing,

I Currently have web space with a (currently constructing) website and i am looking to see if there is anyone else who wishes to participate in the work, again i am relatively new to the scene which means it's an extremely new website, i have no qualifications in Web designing meaning i learn whatever is online, i consider myself to have Moderate skills in PHP and MySQL and basic knowledge of JS,AJAX.

There are no other requirements for this thread other than $45 Buy-In (which can be split between multiple applicants) and that you consider yourself to be either:

- Basically Skilled:
(you can read and understand code but you can't write from scratch without Open source coding)

-Moderately Skilled
(You can read and Understand code; and write basic functions/tags from scratch and improve with/with the use of some open source coding.)
*/Note Reading from an Open source as an example is fine for those Learning*/

-Professionally Skilled
(You either have a Qualification Higher than FETAC level 6/ or equivelent for abroad, have had a job history in Web Development, Authoring and/or Programming, and can include a CV/Resumé with your application, you can obviously build host and maintain a website.)

For more Information See http://web-glue.net/index.php

there will be no Payment methods other than, a "per-job" and a "keep-what-you-earn" basis
Simplified.
You will find clients and you work at home/office at the fixed rate displayed on the website.

Access can be given to domain space for Donations
Positions
Server Administrator (PhpMyAdmin)
Customer Support (LiveZilla)
Graphic Designer (Photoshop CS4 or Higher)
Web Developer (cPanel)
