Doesn't look that good for a designer. I could design that and I'm not a designer.
If you mean a developer, then with a bit of work you could name yourself as one. You need to start using xhtml, don't use absolute positioning for layouts, test cross-browser, don't use inline styles.
Just because you've done 1 site (is it 1?) doesn't make you a web designer/developer. You become one with time, experience and lots of headbanging against a wall when you go mad due to seeing code 24/7
