1) Project Details: (be as specific as possible): Php website that user can talk video chat like webcam using mobile directly from the website using their mobile phones. Anyone can code this ? like for example : the site users will able to chat with a person direct by live video chatting similar to webcams. I guess it could be possible for 3G mobile.So anyone can do this or give me any idea regarding to this.If anyone can do i will pay for it.[the website must be in xhtml or wml coding or anything no flash . only coded it php]
