From your sitemap.xml page, I cut and pasted the following links...
http://www.grammarproof.50webs.com/malayindex.html
http://www.grammarproof.50webs.com/contact.html
http://www.grammarproof.50webs.com/fees.html
they all gave me the error:
Error 404: Oooops, this page cannot be found!
Likewise I tried..
http://www.grammarproof.50webs.com/index.html
it came up, but not in English.
I also tried them through a couple of proxy servers, such as
http://www.docoja.com/red/
and got the same result.
If Google is seeing the same thing I'm seeing then that would explain why
some of your pages aren't being indexed, they all point to the 404 error page
and look like duplicated content.
