Thanks oesxyl. I don't wish to sound ungrateful but in my first message, i said that I have researched and researched.

webmaster tools - I already have. Thats how I know which pages have been indexed and where I submitted my sitemap.

15 minute SEO - Talks about keyword density, title tags, H1 tags, Alt tags, Meta tags etc. All of which i have been through.

Spider tools - Just told me - This page looks like it is optimised for:
grammar [7.3] * grammarproof [7.4] * proof reading [8.7] * proof [8.3] * reading [7.1] (which pretty well defines my site.

seotoolset - tried all the links. Only problem found was that i have 56 keywords instead of 48

It seems that no one on Coding Forums has the answer to this one.....and the frustration continues......
