1) Project Details: (be as specific as possible):

I've searched the net and have yet to find a suitable programme/software that would fulfil my requirements.

Basically, I need some form of automated software/programme that upon purchase will send out a confirmation email (confirming received payment, estimated delivery time etc) and then also a following email (which requires authorisation from myself/automated authorisation for verified buyers) that forwards on a unique information to that specific customer.

So, to put this into a hypothetical context; I have a mobile phone website, that sells top-up cards online. I would like this process to be instantaneous to verified (previous) customers. However, for first time buyers I would like this to require me to accept authorisation of delivery, which would then on future purchases be instantaneous to that buyer.

The automated emails I would require are:
Confirmation of payment - to all customers instantaneously
Email containing the top-up code. Sent out instantaneously to verified buyers, but requires a one time authorisation for first time buyers.

The email containing the code would need software/programme that has an inventory of unused codes that can be sent out one-by-one to customers and can easily be updated.

2) Payment Amount: Estimates?

3) Payment method/ details (Paypal, check? Timeline?): Paypal

I hope this makes sense, any questions please feel free to ask. Also, please elaborate exactly how your proposal will work and how easily it is to maintain and update.
