I am looking for some advice on what price to quote for a similar site to this one:

Basically, it will have the same sort of functions, but the design is not likely going to look as good as that. I am a web developer rather than a web designer and my design skills are limited, although i'm looking to add to them here.
The price would be in GBP £ and it is for a family friend.
What would I be looking to charge for this? I don't want to go too low and end up designing images and messing around with JavaScript for weeks. But I don't want to go too high and end up looking like a complete idiot charging too much for a basic product.
