I apologize for being rude, but come on people, you're applying for a job-- the least you could do is use proper punctuation! I know in my experience, a big part of a programmer's job is being able to effectively convey thoughts and ideas through the written word, and if I were an employer looking for programmers, my first-pass disqualifier would be applications with poor grammar.
