What to say?

Apart from the fact that I find the purpose of the site doubtful at best (letting total strangers who know nothing about you or the circumstances you're in "help" you decide on some pretty important issues), the layout is basic, but ok; it could do with some more whitespace. Header's nice; ironically, flipping a coin seems a fitting metaphore for the quality of "help" one gets.

I don't care much for the linear "next question" type of navigation: I'd rather browse through questions, or summaries thereof, and pick the ones I might want to say something about.

Codingwise, there's no use of CSS which already indicates a total lack of separation of content/structure and presentation, and there is an abundance of nested tables for which I really can't see any use, with a possible exception for the form, which on the other hand is rather cramped and poorly aligned as it is.

A stroll down the HTML & CSS Documentation sticky in the HTML & CSS forum might lead you to some good resources on how to improve on your coding.
