I need a server side script to let a visitor to my site "email this page to a friend". The pages are asp. (ex. http://www.recipesplus.ca/recipe.asp?recipeID=29) so it has to be able to specify the address with the specific recipeID number as a link in the body of the email. (And something like "A recipe recommendation" in the subject).

I have been working with java scripts and modifying them for a while, so I was wondering, do pre-made perl scripts exist the same way? Can anyone point me in the right direction to a script and/or tutorials, or help me with writing it?

This is all new to me, so I just have no idea where to start.
