Some remarks

Overall, the design strikes me as rather pleasant; the menu looks pretty good, the colors feel good and the layout is fairly classic, but most fitting.

The home page fails to make clear to me what Academy Studios is all about; a statement like "Experience discovery, wonder and magic" sounds very clever in a TV commercial, but as a tag line it says nothing.
Try to find a clear, meaningful, short (Krug advises 6-8 words max.) statement that describes what AS does; I'm thinking: "Exhibition design and fabrication", and place it as a tag line onder the main header.

I'd like to see a distinction in the menu between "normal" links (that link to a page) and expand-collapse links like "who we are".

It's advisable to have the site logo/header double as "home" link, although the home link in the menu is always present and easy to find.

The large dark strip down the right side is a nice design feature, but it strikes me as a waste of real estate; I'd strongly reduce its width, or get rid of it all together.

The "capabilities" link under "Who we are" links to a page called "services"; it's advisable to name the links in accordance with the page titles. Calling the link "services" may be the better option here.

Some texts are implemented as images, which may not be the best idea for the menu, and certainly isn't for the addresses and phone numbers below it.

The body text on the other hand is rather bland and especially the headers could do with a little adornment. Making those a little catchier assists scanning and visually navigating the text.

Those are some of my impressions; I hope you can benefit from them.
