Hmm, tough one to call. Is this code being added to
just the pages she creates (that's the way I read it)? Does this code appear
before she uloads her pages, or only after? Have her look at her raw source before a page has been uploaded and see if it is there then.
Who is she hosted with? Adding a pop-up blocker code to pages hosted on a free host that requires their pop-ups to be visible would violate the TOS of the host. However, it almost looks like it might be code added after a page is uploaded (by the host). It's certainly generated by something.
Have her create a simple 'test' page in Hot Metal Pro, save it, then open it in notepad and see if the code has been added. Sort of like a process of elimination
. Likewise, have her create a test page in notepad, upload it to her hosting space, and view the source to see if it is added after FTPing.
