CodingForums.com - View Single Post - floating footer appears in Firefox but NOT IE9? Why on earth?

Hello Everyone

I have made a floating footer but for some unknown reason it will only appear if i open the web page on firefox.

I have tried it in IE9 but it does not appear.

Any ideas? Could someone try the code on their IE?
