Hi, does anyone know how to display a taxonomy name and value in a WP template?

Please see this site which I'm beginning to build: http://www.able2stay.co.uk/resort/bungalows-nautilus/

Use the search panel (right) to find a resort — I'd like the taxonomies displayed in the post.
