Thanks for the responses to the questions I had!

I guess my main concern is i'd rather have a file with the settings/colors/etc myself just because if I ever want to make a slight change whenever or something, it'd probably be really helpful to have a file like that, just like with an HTML/CSS site). I'd just rather have a file like that myself so I can set it all up (that's why I was going to go with the HTML/CSS site and just get help for the one page), so I could set up the other pages myself and then get it up and running without going through another person who has the file, etc. Other than that I do like how it looks quite a bit (just lose some of the "custom feel" that you get with an HTML/CSS site and it becomes more "blog" like, but also with less bugs).
