1) Project Details: (be as specific as possible):
I am currently searching for an engineer that would be able to develop our website from the ground up. I have an idea for a new social networking site and I'm looking for a passionate coder to help me since I have no notable computer skills.

The job requires:
Development of a microblogging Tumblr-like website with community integration. Users should be able to post pictures with the ability to tag these pictures with custom fields that can potentially act as links to outside websites. Their posts should have the ability to be trended to their friend’s news feeds through a voting system. There needs to be custom leaderboards based on cumulative ‘votes’ from all their posts combined (potentially categorized in leader boards by region). Also, users should be able to gain user titles/badges based on their ranking. There should be user direct messaging and user profile customization.

2) Payment method/ details (Paypal, check? Timeline?):
Looking for royalties. Depending on time and cost I could be able to pay a salary.
