question about rotating image in Flash

Can someone answer my question??

I have an image that I have imported into my Flash movie. The image is a wheel and I want to have it rotate a full 360 degrees over a 15 frame movie. Now I have selected a keyframe for each of the 15 frames and set the X coordinate and rotated the wheel a certain amount of degrees. Now this works, but it appears choppy when previewing it. I know you can use motion tweening to move an object, but I wasn't sure about rotating it as well. Is there a simpler way of doing what I described using tweening?? I'm fairly new to Flash - so anyone that may give me an answer - could you explain in detail??

Thanks,
Gary
