I'd like to use the JQuery Collapsible Accordion on my multi-step form. Instead of how it appears and functions on the example I have uploaded, I'd like the following modifications;

1. Accordion starts collasped
2. Accordion only collapses if you click on the 'Yes' radio button
3. The tabls/buttons used to collaspe are questions with radio buttons

So there'll be a list of questions, for example; Would you like to add a description. The questions will have a 'Yes' and 'No' radio button, if 'Yes' is checked, then the accordion will collapse to reveal more questions.

Once another question is selected, the previous one will collapse.
