I also think you have a great passion for web design. As everyone has advised is very clear. However I have an idea to suggest to you. Do you wish to establish a company in web design where you live. This is a way to bring success to you. But decision belong to you. I have a thought like you, I have previously built a website to share the knowledge:
http://www.url.vn. The contents of the website was: Encyclopedias. And my idea has changed, starting from May 8/2010 I have moved to web design, and its contents are written in Vietnamese.
You can follow my way, only one different thing, that is the language of your content is Nigerian
