1) Project Details: we are a call of duty clan getting bigger by the day, we are looking for someone to design us a professional site including a forum. We want it based around a our main theme which is bullets we are called rate of fire.

2) Payment method/ details (Paypal, check? Timeline?): Want to see what it would cost to complete something like this.
