Hi i needed to know what rates do people charge for a project description given below.

E- Greeting card website like http://www.greetingcards.com/ where users can share personalized wishes and e greeting cards of Uttarakhand in India. Its very difficult to get any information about this place on the web and one needs to get to know about its culture first and then design based on it.

I wanted to know quotation as to what one may charge for these catagories

1. The e greeting card with the flash files(original) about uttarakhand as i said above...(per card) for a total of about 500-600 cards

2. The whole backend setup of website other than the flash greeting cards with full admin features and almost all features in greeting cards website has

PS: Also it would be helpful which country you are quoting the price from as rates differ accoriding to place like India and Us has different wages due to their economies.
