Sorry, I should have specified what the errors were.
At first, the errors were: “Could not connect to localhost” and “Could not connect to 127.0.0.1”
but then I removed every single apache file...

When I go to file:///tmp/perlcgi.cgi (or basically open perlcgi.cgi using chromium), the browser displays the following content (which is the perlcgi.cgi code – which is not what I want the browser...
