Question dropdown menu behind pdf in object param

I have one dropdown menu with one pdf object on my page.
I want dropdown list shoud be over the object(pdf).Its working fine in ff but not in ie8.In ie8 it is hiding behind object.

Question Not able to print from iframe

I have a iframe with print button.For that i have used jquery.printElement.min.js plugin.
After clicking on print it should print the iframe content.

I tried giving it to ul and object container div.But That din't work :(
