IDE to SATA Cable??

Is there such a cable that allows you to connect a SATA Hard Drive to a motherboard which only has IDE connections?

ie.

Motherboard with IDE controller -- Cable -- SATA Hard Drive

I dont know if they have changed or not, but the last time I opened up a Dell and had a look inside the build was very shabby. Wires and looms were everywhere, no attempt was made to tidy/neaten...

I work in the corporate space and most notebooks have 5400RPM drives, maybe its different for the retail models of notebooks, but I very rarely see a notebook with 4200RPM drives.

I dont know of a way to do this on a CD, but there is software out there that will allow you to do that for a USB Memory Key (memory stick, pen drive, flash key or whatever you want to call it)
