would it not be easier to have a list of generic...

would it not be easier to have a list of generic questions rather then a comment area? that way you dont need to answer the same question 200 times, and just have an email account set up for "other"...

I think another good thing todo is just have a baseline of your keywords and let the written content on the page get picked up, dont make the mistake of using keywords that isnt in your body text...
