Thanks, but that does not seem to work. The code is being attached to a button in an Adobe Captivate file, and you can only attach the java through a Script Window. I'm not sure if this affects...

window.close() in IE 8 and IE 9

I am trying to execute a simple window.close function to be used in IE8 and IE9, and window.close() doesn't seem to be working. Are there any known fixes?
