Idea for my checkout page.. People cant see "State"

If you go to this page and just add the products and go to the checkout page you see the checkout form and the spot to choose the state at the top before the checkout/contact info. I am having a ton...

Only contact us page 10x zoomed in? Cant seem to find the error...

My contact us page is the only page thats messed up and I cant seem to figure it out.. Any ideas why this page is 10000x larger/zoomed?

IE menu question

In IE I cant seem to get the menu to show in a row. As you can see the "Contact Us" menu/navigation link button has fallen below the other 2. Seems to be a simple fix but nothing is working for me....

Quick opinion on these negative margins and how to avoid them

I am trying not to use negative margins like I use to at the wrong time and was wondering about the negative margins on the .main-navigation li a

I have them at -10px to push them closer together...

Thanks that worked perfect! As far as the p tags, I think it is Wordpress causing this. I don't use wysiwyg anymore but when I made this like 5 years ago I think it messed my coding up switching back...

Divs slightly offset..?
