URGENT: Trying to move the "Order By" dropdown menu

How do I make it so that the iframe is on the right, and regular page on the left.

So for example, I click on the URL/link and it takes me to a webpage with text fields I'd [as a user] have to input. But what if I wanted to input some of the text fields directly through the URL?...
