Make sure your host supports php

this is the php code you can change the count.dat to whatever you want also this script will creat teh count.dat if it don't exsit
to iclude it use
<?php include ("whatever u namethefile.php"); ?>...

to bad your host don't support php tho it would've been way better instead of using iframes you could've just used one layout on the main page and icluded the rest of the sites content
